My messages were not uploaded.they were just a series of bugs
Unfortunately was unable to convert all sms.vmsg files I have .
After 5 failed attempts halfway through restoring 30K messages, I give up! Each time it decided to start the process allow over again all by itself. I watched it like a hawk. I'm very upset.
This worked well. Now I need MMS and WhatsApp to be imported from Windows Phone 10 :/

AWESOME! I had struggled for hours trying to sort this as my Windows phone was on its death bed & I wanted to import to new Samsung. App worked exactly as stated including the polite message about making it the default messaging app for import & then changing it back - lovely. All my txt messages imported as did the txt message part of any MMS (as I had already downloaded any photos I wanted to keep this was not an issue for me). Great job.
